P90x DAY 1


Ok boys and girls, my X-TREME workout started today! And to put it mildly... I got my butt kicked. In a really good way!! I'd forgotten how good it feels to work out! I will post my day 1 picture here, and will be posting progress pictures on day 30, 60, and 90 as well. On day 90 I will log my starting and ending weight, as well as starting and ending dress sizes. A week from Sunday will be my next P90x blog, and I will record how much weight (if any) I lost during the week.
Day one was Back and Chest and Ab Ripper. I was actually surprised with my arm and back strength, but my abs are weaker than they've been in my whole life! Go figure, having a baby weakens your abs! I was actually a little disappointed with how weak my abs actually were, but it's ok. 13 weeks and I'll be stronger!

  1. It's ok, I never thought I would be this weak either, I'm actually really bummed about it. I'm glad your doing this, I'm jealous I should probably get motivation to workout more.
