Day one was Back and Chest and Ab Ripper. I was actually surprised with my arm and back strength, but my abs are weaker than they've been in my whole life! Go figure, having a baby weakens your abs! I was actually a little disappointed with how weak my abs actually were, but it's ok. 13 weeks and I'll be stronger!

It's ok, I never thought I would be this weak either, I'm actually really bummed about it. I'm glad your doing this, I'm jealous I should probably get motivation to workout more.
