P90x Challenge

OK folks, now I have never been a very skinny girl, or even a super fit person. I generally don't stick to diets or workout regimens, but I really would like to. That's where you come in. In addition to blogging about my family and our adventures, I am going to add to this blog, my new personal attempt at bettering myself. The hope is that with the feeling (whether or not anyone actually cares or reads about it) that someone is watching my progress will motivate me to stick to my goal until it is completed. I am going to start the P90x workout on October 1st. I will log my feelings and progress throughout the workout, as well as post pictures on day 1, day 30, day 60, and of course, day 90. I will share any weight gain or loss, and on day 90 I will post my starting and ending weight as well as my starting and ending dress size. I will be weighing myself every Sunday, and will most likely blog about each week on those weigh-in days. I figured that after having a baby and trying to get back into shape anyway, why not go for it and try to get into the best shape of my life!
